Thank you for visiting and shopping at Belle & Bold. The following are the terms and conditions that formulate our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
We offer free worldwide tracked delivery for all orders and ship directly from multiple warehouses in Europe and East Asia as soon as the order is processed (within 24-48 hours).
Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery times can vary depending on the customer’s location. Below you find the average delivery times per region.
- Europe (EU): 3 - 9 business days
- United Kingdom: 4 - 10 business days
- Canada: 5 - 10 business days
- Australia: 5 - 10 business days
- United States: 6 - 12 business days
- Rest of the world: anywhere between 6 - 20 business days
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Kindly note that shipping times may be affected during busy periods such as holidays, and we recommend checking with your local courier for their deadlines. In rare occasions delays can occur due to natural disasters, pandemics or situations out of the seller’s control.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to all countries at this point. If your country is not available at checkout, please send us an email at support@belle-bold.com and we can see what we can do for you.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
As soon as your order has been processed and is shipped out, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way by clicking on the tracking number in that email, or by filling out your order number and email address on our tracking page.
Delayed Orders
On rare occasions, delivery can take longer than the estimated shipping times stated in this shipping policy. These delays are mostly caused at customs, which, unfortunately, we cannot control. Please be patient, your package is on its way. If the package has not arrived after the delivery time estimate for your region, please email us at support@belle-bold.com and we will start an investigation.
Lost Orders
Ensure you provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. Belle & Bold carries no responsibility for missing parcels sent to the wrong address or if delivery is requested with a neighbour or placed in an outbuilding. If, after investigation, it turns out your package got lost on the way, we will offer you a full refund or send you a new package free of charge.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
In most cases, orders arrive without extra customs fees because taxes and duties are handled upfront or waived for low-value shipments, depending on the country. However, in some rare cases, customs authorities may charge handling fees, taxes, or import duties when the parcel passes through customs. Unfortunately, Belle & Bold has no control over these charges, and they must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the (return) shipping charges.
Damages
In the rare case of receiving damaged items, please email us at support@belle-bold.com right away. Include your order number and a clear photo of the visible damage. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can find more information about this in our Refund Policy.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy. This 14-day return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered to your address/pick up point.
Please note that we do not cover costs and charges associated with returning your order. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping or obtaining proof of postage to ensure successful returns, as we cannot refund or exchange lost returns.
We are not able to refund orders returned after the 14-day return window. In this case, the package will be sent back to the customer.
