How long does it take to process my order?

At Belle & Bold we strive to ship out your orders ASAP. In most cases orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours. You will then receive a confirmation email including a link to track your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email that confirms your package has been shipped. In this email, you find a link to track your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to our automatic order processing system, it's not possible to cancel orders once confirmed. If you are not happy with your order, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your item, and you'll receive a stress-free refund. Please read our Refund & Return Policy for more information.

Do you offer free shipping worldwide?

Yes. We offer free shipping for all orders all over the world, with exception of countries that we cannot yet ship to (see next question for more info).

Why is my country not available at check-out?

Unfortunately, we cannot (yet) ship to all countries. This has to do with high shipping rates and longer delivery times from our warehouses around the globe. We are working on this. Feel free to reach out to us via support@belle-bold.com if your country is not available, and we might be able to create a custom solution for your delivery.

I have entered the wrong address! What can I do?

If you entered the wrong address, please let us know ASAP: email your correct address to support@belle-bold.com and we will try to correct it in our system. Whether it can be corrected depends on the order processing time in our warehouses. If it's too late to change your address, the order will be shipped out automatically to the address you initially entered. It should then (usually automatically) be sent back to the sender (us). As soon as we have received the return, you are eligible for a refund.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times can vary per country. Please see our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times and more shipping information.

What if my parcel is delayed?

On rare occasions, delivery can take longer than the estimated shipping times stated in our shipping policy. These delays are mostly caused by customs, which, unfortunately, we cannot control. Please be patient, your package is on its way.
If after thorough investigation, it turns out your package got lost, we will offer you a refund or send you a new package free of charge.

What is your return policy?

If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy. Please note that worn earrings and piercings are not eligible for return due to hygiene factors. Please read our Refund & Return Policy for all details on how to start a return.

What do I do when my order arrived damaged?

We are sorry to hear this! We ship all products in protective packaging, but in the rare case of items arriving damaged, please send an email to support@belle-bold.com with photos of the damaged product(s) and we will replace your order free of charge. See our Refund & Return Policy for our policy on damaged products.

Will all my ordered products come in one package?

At Belle & Bold we strive to ship each order in one package. However, due to different supply warehouse’s locations, it can happen that your order will be split into more packages. In this case, you will be provided with several tracking numbers. So don't worry if they do not arrive at the same time - the rest is on its way!

Do I have to pay customs fees?

In some rare cases, you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges vary depending on the country. Unfortunately, Belle & Bold has no control over these charges and any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

Is your jewelry waterproof and hypoallergenic?

The majority of our jewelry is made from the highest quality (18K PVD gold plated) stainless steel. This means that they are waterproof, sweatproof, tarnishproof and hypoallergenic. Say goodbye to skin irritation and green stains - say hello to jewelry that will last for years to come, no matter where, when or how long you wear it! We offer a small collection that is made from other materials which, when taken good care of, will last years. You can find the used materials in each product's description. Please see our product care page for tips on how to take care of your products.

Do I need to take special care of my items?

Most of our pieces are made from high-quality stainless steel and coated with 18K real gold through a process called PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition). This means you can wear them care-free; hit the gym, take a dip in the pool or lounge on the beach without removing your jewelry. Other materials used may need a little bit more care.
