Hi there! I’m Evelien, founder of Belle & Bold.
Belle & Bold is a passion project that came into fruition early 2025 by a number of factors.
Firstly, my love for aesthetics - beauty in all forms: people, places, and pretty things. I’ve always been that person who can stroll or scroll for hours through jewelry stands and (online) shops, completely enchanted. What I’m drawn to? Pieces that feel special. Jewelry that either makes a statement or effortlessly blends into any outfit - depending on my mood. I'm always on the lookout to find those rare gems that elevate your look, reflect your vibe, and flow with all of your phases - from minimal to magnetic, soft to wild.
The pieces I picked up throughout the years would often catch people’s attention and at some point, the idea of making this hobby of mine into a business, began to grow.
I used to be a silver girl, wearing only delicate jewelry, and later on, got an obsession with crystals and gemstones. I even started my own Etsy shop where I sold my own handmade crystal jewelry. But then something changed, my style changed… I changed. I was warped into a personal transformation journey, which I feel many women are going through at this time. This journey is all about finding out who we really are, reclaiming our power, our voice, and more confidence.
At some point, this inner transformation started to reflect on the outside; from changing countries, my work (hello freelancing), my relationships, the people I surrounded myself with, to the outfits I wore. I became more authentic, more confident, BOLD when I felt like it - and saw this same process taking place in many women around me.

When I thought about starting Belle & Bold, I knew I didn’t want it to be just another random jewelry shop; I wanted it to be something more meaningful than that. This is why Belle & Bold is about more than accessories - it’s about the brave and empowering journey of today’s woman.
