Refund policy

At Belle & Bold, we strive for exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers' satisfaction. We are dedicated to resolving any concerns with your order.

We have a 14-day return policy. This 14-day return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered to your address/pick up point. Please note that return requests are not possible after this 14-day period. Original shipping fees, if applied, are non-refundable.


Returns and Refunds

Before starting a return/requesting a refund, please make sure that:

  • Items are in the same condition that you received them; unworn, unused, in its original packaging without signs of wear or damage.
  • Any earrings or piercings are unworn and in original, unopened packaging.
  • Your return is within the 14-day return window.

To start a return, please contact us at support@belle-bold.com. Make sure to include your order number. Once we’ve received your request, we will provide you with further instructions for your return, such as the return address, etc.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

Please note that we do not cover shipping costs and charges associated with returning your order. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping or obtaining proof of postage to ensure successful returns, as we cannot refund or exchange lost returns.

Once we’ve received your returned item(s), we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damages and Issues with Your Product

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@belle-bold.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Don’t forget to include your order number and a clear picture of the damaged/wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Please note that we will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order, so make sure to contact us within that timeframe.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like worn earrings, worn piercings and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s).

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have by following the return process as explained in this policy. Once we confirm your return, you can make a separate purchase for the new item and send the other item back to us. You will be refunded for the first order as soon as we have received it.
